I have pre-selected the colour combinations and weave patterns, so there is no need to stress over colour wheels or patterns: you simply select your size and I handcraft it for you. Each one is hand-braided to order in the UK, exactly like the rest of my range.

No. The colours and pattern are already chosen for this design. You simply select your size and I handle the rest.

Is a Signature headcollar still handmade to order?

Yes, every headcollar is hand-braided to order in the UK at Hayley's Horseware, exactly like the rest of my range.

How much is postage?

UK postage is £2.80 for small items, or £3.80 if your order includes a larger piece, charged once per order.

Can I return a custom item?

Because custom-made items are made to your own specifications, they are exempt from my standard returns policy, so I do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations on custom orders once production has begun. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements, so please check before you order and message me if you are unsure.
