1. General Overview
By purchasing from Hayley’s Horseware, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site and all customers of our products.
2. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Because custom-made items are manufactured to your specific specifications, they are exempt from our standard returns policy.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders once production has begun.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Hayley’s Horseware is not liable for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided at the time of order. We recommend following our measurement guides strictly before placing an order.
3. Standard Returns Policy (Non-Custom Items)
For standard, non-customized items, Hayley’s Horseware accepts returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- Products must be in original, unused, and resaleable condition.
- Items must not have been changed, washed, or otherwise manipulated.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
4. Return Process & Fees
No products may be returned to Hayley’s Horseware without our prior written consent.
- To initiate a return for a standard item, please contact us to receive return authorization.
- All authorized returns are subject to a return charge (restocking fee).
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned safely.
